5-Week Group Art Therapy Program for NNU Masters in Counseling Students

Service Description
This art therapy group is for NNU Masters in Counseling program students only, and provides an opportunity for you to accrue the required 10 hours of group therapy. Come enjoy the therapeutic benefits of art and introspection in a fun, creative environment. A typical studio session allows for individual artistic expression and the opportunity to process and share within a group environment. I provide an art directive each week that focuses on an important aspect of well-being. We will explore different creative methods including drawing, painting, sculpture, collaging, mixed media, and more. I invite you to carve out some time for yourself and join a community of your colleagues for this fun and relaxing group. The group meets weekly for 2 hours for a total 5 weeks. Class size limited to 10 students. Cost: $200 for all 5 weeks Date: Groups will be held every Friday for 5 weeks beginning, October 4 and ending November 8, from 10am-12:00pm at The Shenandoah Studio located at 2000 N 19th St., Boise, ID 83702. There will be no class on October 18.
